Richco International is a rapidly growing, family-owned specialist themed flooring company who work within the Theme & Leisure Industry in the Orlando area. We have positions available for experienced decorative concrete flooring installers.

The applicant must have vast experience with stamped overlay installations and spray texture installations - including all preparation works required. The applicant must be a self-motivated person who can work on their own or within a team to a high level of standards.

They must be willing to be flexible on their working location - most of our works are within the Theme Parks in Orlando area, however on occasions we also work out-of-state at other theme or leisure customers. Our works can also be night work (out of hours working) to facilitate our customers opening hours, but also can be daytime works (depending on the project we are undertaking).

To be considered for this position, you must be hard working and have the ability to follow instructions rapidly and proficiently. You will learn about safety precautions within the theme parks and be expected to be compliant at all times. A high level of detailed finishes are required along with the ability to keep the site clean & tidy at all times.

All tools and equipment will be supplied.

Activities, Responsibilities, & Specific Duties:

• Installation of a variety of stamped overlay and spray textures – decorative finishes (to a very high standard).
• Conduct surface preparation and concrete repairs.
• Operate large grinding equipment, vacuum systems (propane based) and hand tools.
• To document each project, take photos, daily update, time tracking, etc. via mobile app.
• Maintain and account for tools and equipment on all sites.

Position requirements:

• Must have minimum 2 years of finished concrete coating experience.
• Experience with: Grinding, polishing, coating, sealing, surface preparation, and repairs.
• Must have a good working knowledge of flooring procedures and safety.
• Able to lift a minimum of 75 Lb.
• Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, etc. for extended periods as the job requires
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be customer service oriented
• Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards
• Willing to travel and work all shifts, including weekend work if needed
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must pass a criminal background check in accordance with local laws/regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
