Seeking a full-time (between 32-40 hours per week) team member to support our Billings mobile, kiosk, and bistro locations with commissary order deliveries, preparations, team management, etc.
Job duties may include (but are not limited to):
- Managing all aspects of supervising, training, and scheduling commissary staff as well as managing weekly payroll hours
- Managing all preparation items for BW Blacksmith locations, including: wraps, breakfast sandwiches, cinnamon rolls, desserts, muffins, and more
- Managing the coffee roasting team and schedule
- Ensuring all deliveries to all locations are completed and correct
- Maintaining inventory stock and placing orders; receiving orders and keeping stock in a clean and organized manner
- Performing accurate weekly inventories
- Maintaining cost-effective cost of goods
- Working directly with BW Blacksmith store and senior management for process recommendations and improvements
- Following the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading a truck/vehicle
- Communicating with other team members to make proper deliveries
- Meeting delivery deadlines
- Loading and unloading cargo
- Obtaining client or customer signatures when needed
- Delivering to locations at the proper time with the correct items/etc.
