A Delivery Driver has the overall responsibility for ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer with great customer service, a friendly smile and a positive attitude!
Delivery Driver Responsibilities Include:
· Follow the policies and guidelines of the company, always ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
· Deliver food to our customers while being friendly and polite
· Assist with answering phones, cleaning, and prep when not on delivery. (Delivery is priority)
· Various tasks assigned by Management
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for a Delivery Driver position will possess:
· A reliable vehicle
· Insurance on their vehicle
· A good driving record
· A valid driver’s license (Permits are not accepted)
· Has been legally driving for at least 2 years
· Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
· Good communication skills, and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
· Basic math skills
· Basic personal computer literacy
· Good work ethics
· Reliability
· Willing to undergo a criminal background check
· Be at least 18 years old
