- Hold a CDL (Commercial Driver's License) Class A, B, or C.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow. As Behr continues to grow, we want you to grow with us and build a career with us. If you are up for the challenge, we will do our part to give you the training and support you need.
- Strong customer service and communication skills. You will be the face of Behr when talking and interacting with customers. We pride ourselves behind our white-glove service and want someone who enjoys going the extra mile for customers.

- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Delivery Drivers start at $28.00/hr. Team members will receive a $1/hr increase at 6 months of employment and another $1.50/hr increase at one year of employment.
