What is a FedEx Ground contracted service provider?

FedEx Ground has teamed up with contracted service providers (CSP), or independent delivery organizations that help FedEx Ground deliver thousands of packages to customers every day. As an employee of a FedEX Ground CSP, you will work directly for the CSP that operates out of a local FedEx delivery station. For this position, you would be directly employed by Watermark Logistics, Inc.

Our Owner/Operator has over 10 years of logistics experience including 3+ years of Amazon leadership as an Area Operations Manager prior to transitioning to the delivery space. In addition to strategy and execution, focus was on creating a positive, team-oriented culture, and developing team members.

As a Delivery Associate for Watermark Logistics, you will be on the frontline delivering FedEx packages to their customers in Venice, Florida with the support from our CSP team. You will be provided with a delivery vehicle, uniforms, and a handheld scanner to help you navigate through your delivery route SAFELY and efficiently.

• Commercial License is NOT Required; Training provided!
• Vehicle Provided by Watermark Logistics, Inc

Duties and Responsibilities:

• SAFELY drive and operate your delivery vehicle, typically a P700-P1200 step van; all aspects of your driving will be monitored through telecom and VEDR systems
• Use of I-pad for route navigation
• Use of Handheld scanner for executing deliveries
• Enter and exit a delivery vehicle numerously and walk up and down stairs throughout a shift
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
• Laser focused on the fundamentals at all times, i.e., SAFETY, CUSTOMER OBSESSION, TEAMWORK, and remember to HAVE FUN!

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay range from $700-$800 per WEEK after training
• Training: $125 per day
• Health, Dental, Vision benefits after 30 days of employment
• PTO/Vacation – begins to accrue on hire date
• 401k plus employer match!

Schedule

• 4-5 days per week
• 8-10 hour shifts.
• Approximate start time between 8-9a.m.
• Shifts are available 7 days a week
• Part-time shifts require some flexibility

Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the U.S
• At least 21 years of age
• Employment contingent upon consent to 5-panel drug screening
• Must be able to handle packages up to 149 lbs
• Able to enter and exit a delivery van numerously and walk up and down stairs throughout a shift
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions (No snow in Florida!)
• Flexibility to work weekends as business needs arise
