As a DELIVERY DRIVER SUPERVISOR-CDL A, you will be responsible for safely supervising and coordinating delivery activities, assisting management with
analysis of logistics data and creating efficient routes for delivery. Professional appearance, excellent time management, and outstanding customer service skills required.

Coastal Beverage Company, Inc., the leading beverage distribution company in eastern North Carolina with annual sales in excess of $150MM, is seeking a Delivery Driver Supervisor.
JOB SUMMARY:

The primary focus will be to supervise and coordinate delivery activities of the service center; assist management with analysis of logistics data to create the most efficient routes for Delivery; direct daily schedules, routes, and assignment of personnel and equipment; resolve department issues, customer concerns, and errors; assist with training new CSRs, promote employee safety through training and accountability of Coastal Beverage Company’s Safety Policy and DOT regulations; complete accident and injury reports and investigations as needed; initiate investigations into causes of damages and/or shortages and manage daily inquiries concerning vehicles, employees, and service status as requested by customers, sales, and management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

The successful candidate should possess a CDL Class - A driver's license, an Associate’s degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school plus 1-year of similar or related experience; or equivalent combination of military experience, education and/or experience, good driving record, and must have excellent customer service and communication skills, professional appearance and demeanor.
