Job Summary:

Drive Company Truck to and from jobsites. Stage, load, and unload finished product and raw materials. Stock and maintain warehouse inventory.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Warehouse and Inventory Management

• Outbound and Inbound inventory
• Package product for shipping
• Stage finished product for loading
• Load finished product onto truck
• Unloading materials into the Warehouse
• Stage materials for counting and inspection
• Operate within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs)
• Complete daily logs
• Operate forklift
• Perform preventative maintenance on forklift
• Clean and maintain work area
• Prepares and participates in yearly physical inventory
• Other duties as assigned

Driver

• Load and unload product for jobs
• Precisely finish all paperwork connected with conveyance of product
• Transport products, materials and staff securely across areas where they are needed
• Guarantee that products and staff are protected and secure
• Ensure timely conveyance of staff and materials to and from places as instructed by supervisor and Project Managers
• Ensure that vehicles are maintained and clean at all times by washing both the inside and outside of the vehicle
• Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are in good working order
• Recognize electrical and mechanical faults and report to the employer or Maintenance Technician for repair
• Report any cases of mishap, accident, damage to the vehicle or injury to self or others involving the vehicles to your supervisor immediately
• Bring vehicles to a service provider at appropriate times for periodic maintenance such as oil changes, battery inspection and replacement, tire rotation, etc. as well as refueling as necessary
• Keep all records including receipts for vehicle maintenance
• Keep a travel log of location, travel time, mileage and work hours at every site
• Dress professionally and in accordance with your duties

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Current Driver’s License
• Forklift certification
• 1-2 years of related experience working in similar industry
• Understanding of shipping regulations and comfort using heavy work-machinery
• Familiarity with MS Office applications and internet (email)
• Good oral and written communication skills
