A rewarding opportunity to join a thriving dental practice. Come join our team as a Business Associate II (Dental Front Desk). As a Business Associate II, you will increase your skills working side-by-side with a diverse team of dental professionals at Susanville Dental Specialists, in Susanville, CA. Candidates will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and patient-oriented in order to assure we continually deliver high-quality dental care for our patients. Must be comfortable with a fast-paced clinic, helping the front and back office, have great communication skills, a pleasant and professional manner, and high accuracy in entering data.
Daily duties include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and register patients
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Use of practice management software for scheduling appointments, adequately communicate changes in practice schedule
- Manage patient records in compliance with legal requirements, including HIPAA and security regulations
- Collect and process payments
- Explain insurance benefits and financial options available to patients
- Check insurance eligibility

Successfully passing a pre-employment drug screen is required and as a safety-sensitive position, THC testing is included in the drug panel.
