Dental Office Receptionist
*** Bilingual and Dental Experience Preferred***

Looking for an organized, efficient, proactive person with great communication skills, and attention to detail to be the face and voice of our growing and fast paced dental office.
Full-time position only & Continuing Education and Growth Opportunities available.
ESSENTIAL FUCTIONS:
- Greet patients
- Check-in patients
- Answer and route calls
- Check emails
- Process payments
- Checkout patients when needed
- Update patient's information in chart
- Send new patient forms/ health history updates
- Assist patients in filling out required intake and medical forms
- Monitor the schedule
- Call patients who are late/ no show
- Coordinate with the back office for proper patient flow
- Verify Insurances
- Enter stats for office
- Receive/ send mail
- Send x-rays
- Send referrals
- Call in perscriptions for patients
- Assist front and back office with overflow
- Shred documents
- Keep track of front office supply needs
- Ensure reception area is maintained and professional in appearance
