We are seeking a full time Dental Recruiter. The right candidate will have a 2 plus years of dental recruitment experience and have placed a minimum of 100 dental candidates. This position will recruit qualified candidates in several states and support DOCS Health’s mission in the many communities we serve.
- Maintain constant communication with qualified candidates.
- Find the right candidate using different avenues like cold calling, referrals, or using our ATS system.
- Screen candidates through phone calls and Microsoft Teams meetings.
- Arrange in person or video interviews with managers.
- Plan, organize, and execute events on occasion.
- Look into different market trends per location.
- Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment process.
- Work with Human Resources Team to assist candidates with all on-boarding procedures. This will include pre-employment tests, offer letters, employment contracts, and expectations.
- Advertise positions internally and externally, accurately reflecting the culture of Docs Health and expectations.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in high volume recruiting
- Must have 2 years of Dental Recruiting experience
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Possess thorough knowledge of current recruitment best practice and strategies
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Able to meet deadlines and targets
- Able to travel 25% of the time, including overnight for occasional events
