Design and Construction Manager Job at Natuzzi Americas
We are seeking a Design and Construction Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance for Casa Italia, a Showroom Space for multiple high-end Italian furniture companies located in High Point, NC.
The primary responsibilities will be to manage gallery design and service requests, and ensure that the property is maintained in excellent condition. The ideal applicant should possess strong customer service skills, with the ability to multi-task, communicate in a clear and timely manner, and demonstrate resourcefulness in taking initiative and working independently.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities will include:
- Gallery Design using CAD
- Key role in the bi-annual High Point Furniture Market planning and execution
- Oversee all maintenance and building improvements - scheduled, requested, emergency and janitorial services
- Creation and management of operating budgets and financial reporting
- Collection, qualification, negotiation, and submittal of new and existing contracts with outside vendors
- Supervision of contractors, vendors and maintenance personnel
- Networking within High Point Market Authority
- Spatial design
Required Skills & Qualities:
- CAD
- Microsoft Office
- Project Management
- Excellent customer service
- Works effectively and cooperatively with others; establishes and maintains good working relationships
- Strategic in cost savings, budgeting and P+L
- Effectively coordinate, perform, and complete multiple duties and assignments concurrently and in a timely manner
- Organized and proactive
- Ability to network and negotiate construction labor
