In this role, you’ll work directly with our clients to create closets and storage solutions customized to their needs during virtual and in-home consultations and in our design showrooms.

A successful Sales and Design Consultant doesn’t necessarily have prior experience. We will get you started with the design and sales training and tools you need for success. What Will You Do?

⦁ Manage all facets of the sales cycle, from initial inquiry through final installation
⦁ Design solutions that inspire and meet client needs using proprietary CAD software to complete design specifications
⦁ Develop ongoing client relationships
⦁ Maintain an ongoing consultation schedule through company and independently generated leads
⦁ Stay updated and understand industry trends that include organization, fashion, and interior design
⦁ Build relationships with clients and potential clients through networking
⦁ Work Design Showroom shifts as scheduled by management

What You Need:

⦁ Education in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent experience.

⦁ Prior sales experience is a plus
⦁ Passion for organization, design, and helping people
⦁ Strong communication and listening skills
⦁ A desire to learn, grow and build relationships with customers
⦁ Ability to work with computer software and to learn CAD programs
⦁ Valid Driver’s License
