Full time Desk Clerk Housing Representative
Schedule: S,M,T, F, S. Off W & TH.
Hours: 6:30am-2:30pm
Pay:$15 p/hr
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
- To be present at the Lobby Desk of the assigned building in order to facilitate tenant needs and monitor visitors to the building.
- To receive Short Term tenants on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
- To be Tenant/Guest Customer Service oriented.
- To Maintain a Daily Desk Log and other appropriate Logs.
- Distribute U.S. and TJU mail to tenant mailboxes. Provide notification Distribute package deliveries to tenants. Record forwarding addresses and first class mail of tenants that have moved.
- Receive and record all tenant request/complaints maintenance /custodial requests.
- Record all apartment/room keys distributed during shift.
- Conduct all move-in/move-out desk procedures.
- Adhere to emergency procedures provide incident/ fire safety reports.
- Reserve lounge receive guest list and provide access to lounge.
- Enforce all security policies.
- Maintain control availability front desk and short-term access cards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jefferson’s clinical entities or at the University.
