Job Description Summary

Works under the general supervision of the Manager of Client Services Leads.

This position provides customer service, technical support, and thorough analysis and problem-solving to facilitate installation, implementation, maintenance, education, and documentation of a variety of computer and software technologies utilizing over-the-phone, remote communication technologies, and onsite support to service the customer.

This position is also responsible for the support of the Audio Visual system used for live presentations held at corporate headquarters and all remote locations.

Work is evaluated based on the overall success of assisting others and resolving problems consistent with corporate and technology department strategies, directives, and processes/procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

● Provide technical support for various business practice-specific and customer-proprietary software programs to resolution.

● Provide support to troubleshoot hardware and network conflicts to resolution (includes, but is not limited to Windows, MacBooks, Mobile devices, and Hardware/Peripherals)

● Meet all Service Level Agreements (SLA).

● Document detailed information about every call incident with prompt analysis of probable cause and assessment of severity and priority, while diagnosing underlying causes of customers’ problems to resolution.

● Install, configure and troubleshoot new software, updates, and patches.

● Monitor and document workstation images, and software packages and make proactive adjustments to them to ensure system reliability and availability.

● A demonstrated focus on customer service excellence for new hires and existing users.

Minimum Experience/Education:

● One to two years minimum of previous experience working in an IT Support role.

● Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows as well as various software packages including Google and Microsoft Office Suite.

Communication and Collaboration Skills:

● Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, face to face, on the phone, and in writing.

● Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of best practices.

● Ability to plan and prioritize workload with minimal supervision.

● Ability to prioritize, manage and perform under pressure to meet SLA’s.

Problem Solving:

● Advanced troubleshooting skills

● Ability to seek ways to continuously improve the customer experience. Resolve issues holistically.

● Constantly seeking to learn new things in the industry and upgrade technical skills.
