Position openings for Backyard Butlers, as outdoor cleaning crew members.

Work outside on luxury properties throughout DFW.

We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude, can do spirit, willing to go above and beyond, and put in a full effort. Full & part-time available for cleaning crew member position.

Candidates preferred with experience in pressure washing, exterior home cleaning, grill cleaning, pool cleaning or outdoor maintenance. This job requires outdoor work with the requirement of lifting 25lbs or more. Must have a smartphone, reliable transportation, clean driving record, provide references and work history. Looking for someone who is professional, learns fast, diligent, very dependable, maintain a professional attitude and appearance, with a high attention to detail. We are a growing company with move-up crew lead opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential outdoor living areas (cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, pressure washing, mopping, cleaning ceiling fans, TVs, furniture cleaning, etc).
• Use of phone app for locations, notifying clients, scheduled assignments, and checklists
• 100% customer satisfaction with the completed tasks
• On-time arrivals and departure based on pre-planned schedules
• Perform cleaning tasks as directed by the crew leader
• Neat appearance in company attire and professionalism
