What we are looking for:

• General mechanical aptitude or experience as a medium to heavy-duty mechanic
• Problem solving skills
• Familiar with general preventative maintenance and safety procedures
• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license
• Must be able to work sitting, standing, stooping, bending, or in a prone position
• Must be able to climb and work from an elevated position
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic tools

Not required, but preferred:

• Experience with brakes, suspension, electrical, welding, diesel engines, engine operations, air conditioning system, cooling system, transmission, wheels and tires
• OEM certifications

Technician Level I:

• Requires direct supervision and review of workmanship quality
• Limited technician experience
• Primarily engaged in maintenance or basic repairs/diagnostics

Technician Level II:

• Requires limited supervision and review of workmanship quality
• 1 year + of relevant technician experience
• Primarily engaged in moderate to complex repairs/diagnostics
• Provides basic training or guidance to level I technicians

Technician Level III:

• Requires minimal to no supervision over scope of repair orders
• Significant experience in mechanical repairs and computer diagnostics
• Qualified to perform work on most repairs and diagnose problems efficiently
• Provides training and guidance to level II technicians
