About the Position:
Come join our team! There is an exciting opportunity at Eagle Crest Communities! We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to join our top-notch culinary team. Our kitchen provides meals for 18 memory care residents, 42 assisted living residents, and up to 70 independent living plus residents at Eagle Crest North. We also prepare and send meals for up to 12 memory care residents and 16 assisted living residents at our Holmen locations.
Being a Server gives the opportunity to provide a high-quality dining experience for residents by serving attractive and nutritious meals and getting to know the menu to describe choices to residents and visitors. Our Servers are also responsible for cleaning, bussing, dishwashing, meal prep, and catering as needed. This position may include transportation of meals to other facilities in our organization.

Requirements:
- The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and basic math abilities
- Experience serving or working with the aging population is a plus
- Our starting rate is between $14.50 - $16.50 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. (Full Time Servers start at $15.00+)
- We pay for high performance! We will review your wage at six months.
