About our Food Service Associate Positions:

Come with a smile and a willingness to learn and serve! Our Dietary Aides and Servers provide a high-quality dining experience for our residents, serving attractive and nutritious meals and snacks. You'll get to know our menu choices as well as our residents and their families.

Our Food Service Associates are also responsible for cleaning, busing, dish-washing, minor meal prep, re-stocking, and assisting with in-house catering as needed. Some positions will be responsible for preparing breakfast, working the bistro area and may even do some baking! Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays. Eagle Crest South positions may include transportation of meals to Cass Street (if age 18+).

Successful candidates will join our team of dedicated, caring, and compassionate staff!

Requirements:

• Work permit required if under age 16
• Driver's license with safe driving record if delivering meals
• Offers are contingent on passing a background check

Starting Wages:

• $13.50 and $17.00 per hour, more based on location, qualifications, experience, and hours worked (Full Time Minimum = $15 per hour)

• We pay for high performance! We will review your wage at six months and at least annually.
