Reliant Medical Group is seeking a technology savvy, highly motivated, and professional Digital Care Navigator to join our Behavioral Health - Practice Research Network team. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position. As a hybrid role the position will require an in-person element.

The Digital Care Navigator (DCN) for Behavioral Health facilitates the delivery of technology into care by being an expert in digital applications recommended to Reliant Medical Group patients. The DCN supports every stage of use by assisting referred patients to download, initiate, use, and troubleshoot the recommended applications.

If you are located in Worcester, MA area, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Actively engages and encourages Behavioral Health patients to utilize the recommended apps
• Ensures patients understand and are able to use the recommended apps independently
• Assists patients in updating and troubleshooting therapeutic applications as needed

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma
• 3+ years of experience working with Android and Apple platforms and using various applications
• Knowledge of various devices applications use; able to explain and walk others through downloading applications on personal devices
• Demonstrates effective methods to solve basic troubleshooting issues
• Excellent understanding of digital terminology and engagement techniques
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements.
