Jewelry Television® is currently seeking applicants for Digital Designer!

Digital Designer

The Digital Designer will work as a critical member of a fast-paced design team. They are responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy promotional creative for websites, email promotional, social media graphics and banner ads. The Digital Designer will work with a collaborative team of designers. The ideal candidate must display excellent communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a team environment to create best in class promotional marketing designs that are aligned with JTV brand.
• Produce the design for daily email campaigns, email templates, social media graphics, text alerts, static and rich banners..
• Translate product goals, positioning, design trends, competitive research, and marketing strategies into effective designs.
• Manage and produce digital design work, including banner campaigns and social media graphics
• Work with leadership, stakeholders, and producers to translate and create compelling and appropriate campaigns and designs.
• Provide design support to other digital teams to create graphics, logos identity, photography assistance or other similar rich media graphics.
• Build promotional assets and static content using a content management system.
• Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital experiences

Qualifications:

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch in particular
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a team as well as individually
• Strong work ethic and personally accountability
• Strong portfolio of design work, showing solution to business problems through effective design
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience working with content management systems
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS isn’t considered essential, but can make a difference

Experience:

• 2-5+ years of digital design experience
• Good foundation of visual design principles such as layout, color, and typography
• Experience designing responsive websites or applications with a “mobile first” mindset
• Strong portfolio of design projects
