(NYSE: TPB), is seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketer to join its collaborative team in Santa Monica, CA and contribute to the growth of its Zig-Zag® Rolling Paper and Clipper® Lighter brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and be able to leverage their expertise to drive brand awareness, engagement, and digital sales growth.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Clipper Lighters and Zig-Zag Rolling Papers Brands.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and creative content for digital channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
3. Analyze and optimize campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI.
4. Monitor and report on digital marketing KPIs to inform decision-making and track progress towards goals.
5. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
6. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings.
7. Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other advertising platforms.
8. Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and build customer loyalty.
9. Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual assets, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tactics, and best practices.
4. Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
5. Proficient in Shopify and Magento.
6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
7. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
8. Experience with SEO, PPC and email marketing.
9. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
10. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
