DIGITAL MARKETING & ANALYTICS INSTRUCTOR

Location: 2301 W Ashton Boulevard, Lehi, UT 84043

Status: Part-Time / Non-Exempt

Hours: Monday - Friday; 5:00pm - 9:00pm

Pay / Salary: $25.72 / Hour

BENEFITS:

Part-time employees averaging 15 hours / week over 3+ months of employment could be eligible for our MTECH tuition waiver.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing & Analytics Instructor include, but are not limited to:

• Understand and adhere to the current MTECH faculty handbook
• Assist Program Coordinator to ensure program meets accreditation standards
• Work with the Program Coordinator to develop, maintain, and distribute a program syllabus to each student. A copy must also be filed with the Program Director.
• Build relationships with companies in the area that have digital marketing, digital analytics or related employment positions
• Grade student work as necessary
• Continue learning about the new technologies being released
• Meet with students after class to help with class material
• Following the Policy and Procedure outlined by the College, regularly check each student's progress and attendance. Set Academic Improvement Plans when warranted.
• Market the program to help potential students find MTECH and the Digital Marketing and Analytics Program
• Maintain accurate rolls, grades, course sign-offs, attendance, and report information in NorthStar, submitting these items by the due dates
• Track placement of students and record placement information quarterly.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in relevant field and three years related experience; or
• Six years of related digital marketing and analytics experience
• Project management experience
• Experience teaching is preferred
