Digital Marketing Coordinator Job at Maximum K9 Service

Seeking a strong Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the digital and social media experience and will be able to analyze and grow the company's digital business. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the CEO and cross functional teams on strategy and implementation. Candidate must have proven experience supporting overall corporate branding and marketing efforts. Since this is a dog-based company, being a dog lover is a plus! Candidate should be comfortable working around dogs although you may not be working directly with them.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:

Email

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, such as sending marketing e-mail
  • Own email marketing calendar, assist with planning, build out campaigns and launch campaigns
  • Report out on sales weekly

Organic/Paid Social

  • Own social media calendar for two brands, create content, track engagement
  • Utilize our multiple social media accounts to grow and engage with our audience, attract new followers, convert inquiries, expand brand awareness and increase ecommerce sales
  • Respond to Followers Comments, Questions and Direct Messages in professional manner and convert to appointments as appropriate.
  • Create content for social media and corporate events
  • Work with Influencers and third-party agencies to create brand awareness
  • Negotiate contracts with Influencers, experience with Shopify is a plus
  • Report out on weekly stats

Overall

  • Content strategy and implementation to grow all aspects of the company's digital channels (social media, digital media, e-commerce)
  • Work with outside consultant on marketing projects
  • Support planning and organizing promotional events
  • Keep records of all advertising costs
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual campaign planning

Requirements:

  • College degree a plus
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with the ambition to anticipate and address business needs
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to efficiently handle multiple projects
  • 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience with social media background, Paid & Organic (including knowledge of Meta Ads Manager)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills to for analysis and optimization– pivot tables
  • Understanding of how to analyze data to identify trends.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and website data tools (eg. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Shopify)
  • Experience Building and executing email campaigns using SendGrid or Klayvio or similar
  • Experience using Hootsuite, Later or other scheduling tool for social posts
  • Experience building assets from Canva
  • Problem-solving mindset, comfortable tackling the unexpected.
  • Strong adaptability and understanding of the company’s marketing strategies and operations so that you may work alongside various teams and brands on initiatives effectively and with ease.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize work, remain organized, effectively communicate, resolve conflict and meet deadlines
  • Strong writing skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
