Job Scope:

Jogan Health is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of relevant experience in paid digital campaigns for lead-generation with experience in organic social. This individual is responsible for managing paid advertising platforms, researching social media trends, and managing digital marketing campaigns; while bringing a can-do, creative mindset to the team. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and must be able to multi-task while working effectively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, collaborate, and execute a marketing campaign calendar for various business channels
• Create on-brand and on-message content by social platform
• Leverage data and analytics to drive insights against KPI’s and recommend improvements
• Design and execute A/B testing
• Develop, collaborate, and execute digital advertising initiatives across numerous social platforms
• Manage all paid advertising platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Support marketing efforts, plans, and strategies through creation, implementation, and execution of digital marketing-specific projects
• Collaborate with other Marketing team members and internal customers
• Maintains and executes consistent Brand voice both visually and verbally
• Ability to adapt style of content to various audiences, purposes, or medias
• Collaborates with all stakeholders to help move projects forward
• Monitor competitor, industry content, and social media trends
• Operates effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media paid advertising
• Demonstrate proficient expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, Agorapulse (or similar platform), Hubspot (or similar platform), and Microsoft Office suite
• SEO/SEM strategy
• Geofencing campaigns
• Reporting and analytics
• Understanding of traditional digital and emerging digital social channels
• Photoshop/Illustrator experience preferred
• Video editing and photography experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task and bring creativity to the team
• Ability to manage & organize personal workload to meet deadlines
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Honest, trustworthy, and hard working

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
