Morrie’s has an opening for a talented Digital Marketing Strategist. We’re looking for team member with a voracious appetite to learn, grow, work hard and have fun. We are excited to grow the marketing team and our SEO/SEM analytics expertise. The Digital Marketing Strategist's responsibilities include, paid search, paid social, paid display, and analyzing and identifying gaps in website content, optimizing pages for improved search results, building links, and supervising content creation. You should be able to identify marketing opportunities and come up with strategies to increase website traffic and top and lower shopper funnel performance. We are seeking someone who can contribute to the high standards and passion set and build from there.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading store digital performance reviews with each store general manager
  • Managing digital vendors’ deliverables, coordination and optimization
  • Analyzing website and social media engagement, creating reports and leading recommendations for improvement.
  • Reviewing and updating dashboards from digital partners and building dashboards as needed for strategic monitoring and insights
  • Driving website traffic, paid and search results, and developing strategies
  • Overseeing SEO/SEM content creation and offering suggestions
  • Updating outdated content
  • Developing link-building strategies
  • Managing paid search campaigns
  • Keeping up to date with new trends and best SEO/SEM practices
  • Supporting keyword research and implementation with digital partners
  • Optimizing pages for mobile, desktop and tablet as needed
  • Manage multiple projects across varying phases of production and overlapping deadlines
  • Contribute to our team’s upbeat and motivated culture

Core Qualifications:

  • BS in Marketing or similar
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  • Effective communication, clarity and responsiveness to leadership, partners and peers
  • Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills
  • HTML and JavaScript familiarity
  • Ability to follow specifications
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels
