As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will work in conjunction with product marketers, product management, demand generation, sales, and customer success. You will help drive our “digital-first” strategy by designing and executing integrated digital campaigns including web, email, social media, as well as SEO/SEM. You will help ensure our campaigns are tightly linked to our core messaging, leverage our virtual and physical events and conferences, and drive top-of-the-funnel fill as well as thought leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Digital Marketing Management. Based on our core segmentation and buyer profiles, you will develop content and social media campaigns, manage social media sites and company website content, and liaise with digital marketing vendors for SEO/SEM, paid advertising via social media. Track and measure success metrics.
  • Campaign Management: Develop, execute, track and report on campaigns using Pardot and Salesforce. Deploy email campaigns to acquire new customers, nurture prospects, and upsell existing customers with new offerings. Responsible for managing lead database within Pardot, asset templates and landing pages, automation rules, scheduling and executing email campaigns, A/B testing, and ensuring compliance with SPAM regulations.
  • Process Development: Collaborate within Marketing to define, establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management, including lead scoring and grading. Measure and report on ROI and KPIs of the different channels and campaigns and adjust accordingly.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline.
    • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, operations, or campaign management
    • Passion for healthcare and patient outcomes; Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
    • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com
    • Hands-on experience with Pardot strongly preferred. Marketo experience with the desire to achieve Pardot certification acceptable.
    • Skilled at Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office
    • Proven ability to manage basic design projects for email templates, landing pages, etc.
    • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools (Canva, WordPress, LinkedIn) and best practices.
    • Understanding of the requirements for CAN-SPAM compliance
