Toyota of Greenwich, a respected Auto Dealer for over 51 years, is offering the right candidate the opportunity to enhance their career in our family dealership. Due to our growing Digital Dept., we are looking to add staff.
Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following -
Monitor and track all incoming sales leads utilizing our Customer Management software.
Manage inbound calls and reroute to appropriate team members.
Identify customer's needs and resolve concerns.
Schedule appointments.
Implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements -
Enthusiastic and energetic.
Retail experience a plus - bi-lingual Spanish a BIG plus.
Excellent phone skills.
Able to work weekends.
