Direct Care Staff Job at Crossroads Hope Academy
We are looking for good role models for our foster kids. The positions we are hiring for is from 4pm to midnight and Midnight to 8am (.50 cent shift differential). We have 2 campuses, 45991 Bermont Road in Punta Gorda and 2208 Castillo Avenue in Punta Gorda. Pay range is from $16.50/hr to $18/ hr. We would also consider hiring for part time. Our direct care staff play basketball and games with the kids, supervise their activities on campus and out in town, and praise them when they have done well. Our third shift staff maintain security while the kids are sleeping and get them up for school. The right candidate will be able to pass a DCF background check, have a good driver's license, and will have worked or volunteered with kids (in some capacity) for at least 2 years. This will become the toughest job you've ever loved!
