While we do hire STNAs into our Direct Support Professional roles, you are not required to be an STNA to be hired as a Direct Support Professional. We provide on the job paid training! We are hiring in the North Central areas of Ohio. Seneca, Huron, Erie, Lorain and Sandusky counties for long term positions, full time, part time and substitutes! We are also currently hiring summer temporary positions for those looking to enhance their resumes during college breaks!

Our pay rates begin at $13.25 for direct care in supportive living locations! Those with verifiable experience in the field of disabilities will have a higher base rate! (An additional .10 cents per year of verifiable experience) Sleep shift rates between the hours of midnight and 6:00 a.m. are paid at 11.05 when employees sleep within the house.

Eligible candidates will be at least 18 yrs old and have a high school diploma/GED (But if you don't have a diploma or GED, we are able to hire you via a waiver with the state so please don't let this stop you!), We are a drug free work place.. There are aspects of driving our company vehicles while working with our individuals therefore for most of our positions therefore it's preferable that you have an Ohio Driver's License with less than 6 points and no more than 2 moving violations. If you do not meet that driving requirement please let us know and do not let this deter you from applying. We conduct a post offer pre employment screening that will include completing a driving record check, criminal background check among other checks.
