Director, Corporate Compliance & ESG Job at Ingenovis Health
SUMMARY
We're seeking a Director of Corporate Compliance & ESG to help implement and manage Ingenovis Health’s corporate compliance and environmental, social & governance (ESG) programs.
Reporting to the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer in this newly created role, you will will assist to develop, implement, audit, and educate on policies and procedures which ensure corporate compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare laws and other regulatory requirements and fosters an ethical organizational environment. You’ll also advise on, implement, track, and report on ESG initiatives for Ingenovis Health companies, collaborating with leadership, investors, and stakeholders as appropriate.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage compliance programs across all Ingenovis Health companies, creating, implementing, reviewing, and updating related policies and procedures on an ongoing basis as needed.

Advise business leaders on compliance with federal and state healthcare laws and regulatory requirements.

Oversee/assist with development and administration of compliance training, including materials, delivery, and communication on topics including HIPAA, Anti-Kickback Statute, and False Claims Act, as appropriate.

Manage compliance audits and investigations, providing accompanying reporting and recommendations to General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer and other leadership on corrective actions along with appropriate follow-up with individuals and policies involved.

Create and manage a system to confidentially receive and track activity on compliance-related concerns.

Provide technical ESG support across all Ingenovis Health companies, translating best practices into actionable plans and improvements.

Drive core ESG priorities while identifying areas of growth as well as risk mitigation.

Evaluate positive financial impact of company ESG initiatives.

Establish plan to achieve ESG goals, integrating into company objectives and day-to-day activities.

Develop and deliver reporting on ESG activities; support investor and stakeholder communications.

Partner across company to promote ESG program and socialize its results.

Organize agenda for the company’s ESG Committee meetings.

Travel up to 20% of the time as need.

Perform additional duties as requested by management.
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

Preferred 5+ years of experience in healthcare corporate compliance and ESG program implementation, fostering environments that mitigate business risk and driving efforts and engagement with employees, investors, and other stakeholders in a high growth, fast-paced enterprise environment.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in healthcare or business administration, or JD, a plus.

Relevant certifications preferred.

Strong understanding of healthcare and business regulatory environment, and related federal and state laws.

Experience delivering meaningful data driven ESG reporting, communications, and insights.

Proven skills analyzing ESG program initiatives to identify positive impact and opportunities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to professionally present complex concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.

Influencing skills – using data to support decision making of business patterns, fostering open communication, and being supporting and effective in a team environment.

Exceptional problem solving and analysis skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Great organizational skills, with ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.

Proficient using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to convey business insights.

Compensation Range
$121,840.00 - $152,300.00
Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life & disability insurance, 401K w/ employer match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
