Director, Home Care Job at CharterCARE Health Partners
Summary: Responsible for providing the leadership and direction for all CCHH (CharterCARE Home Health) services and program. Plans, organizes, coordinates, evaluates and administers all policies and procedures involved with the delivery of Home Care services in accordance with the CMS Conditions of Participation for Home Health Agencies, the RI Department of Health Rules and Regulations for Licensing Home Nursing Care Providers and Home Care Providers and The Joint Commission or other accrediting agency. This position performs as the Home Health Administrator.
Education: Bachelor of Science degree in business management or related health profession required.
Licensure: None
Experience: A minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience within health care administration or management. Home Care management preferred.
Working Conditions, Physical Environment and/or Safety Requirements: Normal office environment.

Schedule: Full Time regular (64-80 hrs), 1, 8-4:30
