Tailored Care Management Director
About your role:
FPS of NC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Services for our Tailored Care Management program. The TCM Director, under the supervision of the State Director, will direct a team of care management staff to provide quality care management services for clients enrolled in the TCM program. The TCM Director will be responsible for the oversight of all clinical operations associated with the provision of Tailored Care Management. This is a fully remote position but applicant should live in the state of North Carolina. 25% travel expected to Region offices.

Do the following apply to you:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
- Full or associate licensure under a North Carolina governing board regulating a human services profession preferred
- 3+ years of experience providing care management or care coordination to the population being served
- 5+ years of related experience and/or training preferred
