Director of Information Technology Job at CODA, Inc.
The IT Director will oversee the operations of CODA’s IT infrastructure. In this role, you will serve as a strong operational leader within the IT department, collaborating cross-functionally and with senior leadership to drive performance and employee efficiency. You will be responsible for leading a team of internal and external resources with many different skills to provide our employees and site locations with innovative operational support. You will be able to demonstrate the creation and execution of a strategic plan to deliver impactful business value from the IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Managing multi-location teams of technical resources to provide remote and on-site support for employees and services.
- Manage the IT team and provide guidance and support to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of IT services.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the EMR and other clinical systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Engages with all levels of management and leadership to develop, implement, and manage support and operational objectives.
- Manage CODA’s technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks, ensuring that they operate effectively and efficiently.
- Lead and contribute to IT projects in order to implement solutions and strategies.
- Providing leadership, direction, and strategy for a growing organization
- Building the organizational capacity necessary to implement the strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or Information Systems and/or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in Information Technology Enterprise and Infrastructure with 4+ years of leadership
- 5+ years' experience of operational delivery in a healthcare environment
- Familiarity with desktops, servers, local and wide area network design and operation, and computer peripherals such as printers, monitors and other equipment.
- Experience as a team leader in similar on-site and hybrid working environments
- Broad knowledge and understanding of different IT applications and infrastructure
- Strong experience in Data Insights and IT Metrics driving outcome
- Collaborative approach and strong problem-solving skills to work with leaders across organizational and technical domains
- Demonstrate ability to access business needs, creatively approach solutions, decide and implement appropriate course of actions
- Excellent written and verbal social skills to run effectively across company cultures
- Having excellent interpersonal and leadership skills will be critical for success: success depends on building rapport and credibility with multiple leadership across the organization
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
