Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time Director of Marketing to join our team to empower future students to discover and develop their God-given potential. To be successful, you’ll need to increase enrollments by inspiring prospective families through the work that we do and by communicating that BCHS is affordable and accessible to all through the help of financial aid.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for executing all marketing strategies, increasing enrollments, and building relationships with partners, businesses, and the community. In addition to:

  • Overseeing all marketing efforts to grow the BCHS brand including but not limited to collateral, event planning, and operations, website management, social media strategy, etc.
  • Collaborating with admissions to define the enrollment strategy.
  • Aligning marketing efforts with the mission and the strategic plan of BCHS.
  • Developing and managing public relations with partners, businesses, and the community.
  • Managing social media strategy to drive engaging content, traffic, leads, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Creating and managing monthly marketing reports to track progress, targets, budgets, and goals.

Position Growth

In the first three months as a Marketing Director at BCHS, you will:

  • Learn the BCHS philosophy.
  • Immerse yourself in our Christ-centered community.
  • Plan and execute our marketing strategy to boost enrollments.

In 6 months, you will:

  • Contribute to the growth of the BCHS community by hitting the projected enrolment target.
  • Driving attendance to our open houses, information nights, and other upcoming events.

Competencies

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Passion for and understanding of Catholic education.
  • Experience building paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads.
  • Ability to identify, track, and interpret KPIs with Google Analytics.
  • Experience coordinating events (planning, marketing, and logistics)
  • To be a leader, proactive, organized, deadlines sensitive, and result driven.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience as a marketing professional.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.

Performance Objectives

To measure your success in this role we will track:

  • Student Enrollments.
  • KPI Targets (Leads, Traffic, Retention Rate, Schedule Appointments, Social Media Growth, etc.)
  • Student/Parent Satisfaction Surveys.
  • Event Attendance.

Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience.
