We are seeking a creative Marketing Leader who enjoys running campaigns and copywriting in a direct capacity. Does this sound perfect for you?


As a full time, exempt, hands on, working Director of Marketing/Senior Marketing Manager with CPS Solutions, LLC, you will be a strong marketing generalist with a broad base of marketing experience to effectively run the day-to-day marketing activities of the department. In this fast-paced role, you will interface with senior executives at the corporate office and throughout the company to achieve high quality results that meet corporate goals for marketing complex services and provide hands on support at all levels to deliver on a variety of internal and external marketing commitments. In addition, you will develop and leverage internal resources to support marketing initiatives and direct the day-to-day activities of outside Marketing agencies and freelancers in support of the CPS marketing strategy. This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and will have oversight and management responsibility of a small team. It is preferred to have this position in Dublin, Ohio, however, will consider a remote role for the right candidate.

Schedule: This position works at least 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday, however, hours may be long and irregular; includes evenings and weekends as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration preferred or equivalent education and experience in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience to include working with outside PR and Advertising agencies, selling/marketing complex services, and making successful presentations
  • Experience working in healthcare services industry, pharmacy management, health insurance or healthcare consulting industries preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Pardot marketing automation technologies
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to gather and monitor information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Ability to function independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work with all levels of employees from frontline to top-level executives
