We primarily serve seniors suffering from dementia, cognitive impairment, and psychiatric conditions. Our community offers quality behavioral health programs to support our patient's needs.
As the Director of Nursing (DON), you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing care to residents through a consistent care delivery model.
- You will lead residential case management and provide clinical oversight to Resident Care Partners (RCP), caregivers, Medication Assistants (MA), and other resident care staff.
