Job Description

Oversees the operations of the Nursing Department in accordance with current Federal, State and facility standards, guidelines and regulations. Responsible for the overall supervision and provision of optimal achievable quality of nursing care in our facility. Work with a creative & innovative team of caring and compassionate staff. Located in Southern Berkshire county close to Ghent, Chatham, and Hillsdale, and Hudson, New York. Sharon and Canaan, CT.

Qualifications

· Current RN License in the state of MA.

· Five years of Long Term care supervisory experience preferred

· 1-2 years Experience as DNS preferred.

· Ability to successfully relate and respond to the needs of management, employees and residents.

· Ability to plan, organize, develop and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures of the nursing department.
