As the leader in outpatient radiology services throughout the Tampa Bay area, we are dedicated to the highest quality patient care utilizing state-of-the-art technology and recruiting highly trained radiologists.
We are looking for a unique individual as the Director the Operations for TGH Imaging. The position will lead the operations of all TGHI locations and patient access departments (Scheduling, Authorizations and Pre-Registration). They will evaluate, develop and implement improved workflow processes to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery, quality patient care and high customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for the financial performance of their departments, oversee key projects, utilize key performance metrics and provide leadership to their team. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
The ideal candidate would have 5 or more years of radiology leadership experience, Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred, Lean or Six Sigma process improvement experience and excellent customer service and leadership skills. The position is full-time.
