Seeking Director of Operations with "Animal Shelter Experience". Qualified individual will oversee all aspects of Delaware animal shelter and kennel operations. This position requires an in depth knowledge and prior experience. Responsibilities include supervising approximately 25 people including kennel staff, medical staff and adoption staff. This position requires a dedicated, punctual, no nonsense person.
