EssentialFunctions:
- Enjoy building rapport with residents, their families, and community members.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with HUD and LSSI policies.
- Lead team of employees, provide support, and act as a resource to all staff.
- Monitor and complete HUD and LSSI compliance items; including: annual budgets, replacement reserves, HAP renewals, AFHMPs, TSPs, capital process, management agreements, etc.
- Professionally represent LSSI while working with Boards and Partnering Agencies.
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of housing management experience.
- Minimum Leasing License or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
- Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
- Willingness & Ability to participate/obtain HUD Related Training or other training as needed.
