Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Recruitment and Student Success is responsible for developing and overseeing all aspects of the recruitment of high-ability students and the coordination of non-academic services for the Jeffrey S. Raikes School of Computer Science and Management.

The Raikes School is a prestigious learning community for honors students interested in leadership in computer science and business management. Duties of the Director include development and execution of the Recruitment and Student Success Strategic plan and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategic plan; advising, career coaching, and supporting retention of current students; development of an overall recruitment plan in coordination with Undergraduate Admissions; implementation of strategies (marketing, website, recruitment communications, campus visits, etc.) and content creation; management of enrollment, housing services, and evaluation of these activities. The Director oversees the execution of two Raikes School courses, Freshman Seminar and Senior Seminar. The Director coordinates orientation, exit interviews for graduates and other school events and activities. The Director oversees the Raikes School summer camp. Other responsibilities include working with potential employers and tracking placement data, maintaining alumni networks, facilitating external communications and managing the non-academic budget.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, education or related field plus minimum 5 years of management, public relations, or higher education experience. Demonstrated experience working with diverse constituents and managing relationships. Experience in executing strategy. Demonstrated proficiency with word processing, database, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software. Experience with budgeting essential. Must have excellent communications skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in business, computer science, education, or related field. Experience in a higher education setting. Experience working with admission and/or student tracking with databases/software.

Posted Salary $75,000/yr. minimum
