SerVaas Laboratories the maker of Bar Keepers Friend is hiring a Director of Sales. The Director of Sales leads Bar Keepers Friend sales strategy in the wholesales and chain grocery accounts. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales. The Sales Director is a remote position that requires traveling 70% of the time visiting customers and the company headquarters in Indianapolis.

· Lead, develop, and coordinate region strategy for both Wholesale and Chain Grocery Accounts.

· Command of business acumen and strong business intuition demonstrated by discernment that not every sales opportunity is equal and a track record of securing profitable volume and walking away from less profitable deals.

· Achieve annual targets for sales volume, net sales / profit, and market share within trade budget.

· Establish strong relationships with key customers within region.

· Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal cross-functional groups and sales broker.

· Share best practices, teach & train fellow team members, and contribute to building cohesive team environment that values diverse points of view and respects all individuals.

· Develop and lead Joint Business Planning process with key retail customers.

· Lead quarterly business review process to identify key issues / opportunities and gain organizational alignment on resource deployment.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

· Ability to adapt selling skills to virtual platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meets, etc.) and deliver on those expectations.

· Responsible for managing business and travel budgets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
