Director of Talent Acquisition (Augusta, GA) Job at OLH Inc.
As the Department Manager and lead Recruiter for the organization, the Director overseas the strategies and daily efforts of the recruiting team. Supervises the talent acquisition staff. In addition to managing recruiting, the Director of Talent Acquisition works with management to understand current and future workforce needs. Ensures all recruiting activities are consistent with the organization s policies and standards.

- Lead recruiting efforts for staff augmentation and corporate staffing
- Negotiate salary and benefits of potential staff positions
- Assign contract employees whose skills match customers' needs
- Assist with company projects (proposals)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivers high-quality service to customers and contract employees by matching contract employees' skills with customers' needs.
- Provides supervision to the recruiting team in fulfilling all of the talent acquisition functions.
- Receives and advertises technical job orders, as well as sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates to clients.
- Develops and maintains professional relationships with college, university, and community college placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants.
- Schedules and attends job/careers fairs, expos, conferences, and community events representing the company at times with appropriate staff as required.
- Attends community events as needed.
- Attends training for use of computer applications and job specific training as required and approved by management.
- Performs a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service.
- Maintains all contract and subcontract records.
- Provides information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants.
- Develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer service by visiting sites where employees are working.
- Performs a variety of tasks unique to each specific customer account.
- Asks the appropriate questions when taking job orders.
- Comprehends complex job orders.
- Responds to and qualifies job orders efficiently.
- Analyzes resumes accurately.
- Conducts candidate reference checks. Uses candidate reference checks to develop additional business opportunities.
- Uses recruiting tools such as applicant tracking systems, database management and internet-based applications to fill assignment orders rapidly with qualified contract employees.
- Enters skill code information accurately while maintaining and updating the existing computer database.
- Perform pre-interviews and team interviews of candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for assignments.
- Makes key-skill resume submittals to acquire new or additional business.
- Troubleshoots to resolve problems or complaints of customers and/or employees.
- Builds professional relationships with customers, contract employees and staff.
- Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
- Researches, analyzes, prepares, and presents hiring and statistics.
- Maintains records on recruiting activities as required.
- Produces reports on employment activity, contract status, cost versus budget analysis, and general tracking of all staffing contracts and subcontracts.
- Assist in staffing services proposal development.
- Perform other duties, as requested.

Required Certifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business or human resources or an equivalent amount of experience and training.
- 5+ years recruiting experience.
- Strong technical skills on PC operating systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook, data entry, database management, and the ability to learn our internet base applications.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Reports to the Executive Vice President/COO of the company.
**Position is located in Augusta, GA with some overnight travel.
