A DAY IN YOUR LIFE

• 
  Oversee the planning, management and implementation of multiple projects related to Equisoft’s services
  
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships within the business, IT, and clients to ensure that expectations and priorities are clear, and that all required support is in place for successful project outcomes
  
• Responsible for the selection, training, mentoring, professional development, and performance management of the PMO team
  
• Ensure all IT projects are well-defined, tracked, controlled, and communicated in a consistent and effective manner
  
• Identifies dependencies between programs and projects that will affect priority sequencing and resource allocation decisions
  
• Identify and aggregate resource needs and priorities for all US projects and report on this weekly.
  
• Lead, coach, and support project managers to ensure all projects are delivered within the defined scope, quality, time and cost requirements
  
• Manage and regularly report on the PMO division results and issues
  
• Aligns with and works with global PMO to build reusable assets for the PMO including cookbooks, processes, best practices and templates
  
• Focus on working with PMs and project teams in issue identification, management and resolution on red and yellow projects; And on moving projects from to green, by leveraging learnings, global best practices and
• dynamic problem solving
  
• Assist in Pre-Sales and crafting of SOWs
  
• Help in US strategic endeavors like tightening billing leakage, reuse, estimation, and collaboration with other facets of project delivery like infrastructure, Equisoft product teams, Domain experts etc.
  
• Be mobile to visit Equisoft’s clients and offices, as required

MUST-HAVES

• 
  10+ years of experience of IT project management
  
• 5+ years of experience in a management role
  
• PMP and/or Scrum certified
  
• Experience in Project Development Cycle Management
  
• Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industries is a strong asset
  
• Excellent knowledge of Web Technologies/Environment
  
• Knowledge of the Agile methodology
  
• Excellent verbal and written skills
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills
