The Central Association of the Miraculous Medal is growing! We are looking for a leader in Retail Sales who will direct the success of the onsite and internet retail sales of the Miraculous Medal Shrine. This position is a key leadership role that supports the overall mission of the Vincentians of the Eastern Province and the Central Association of the Miraculous Medal and reports to the Vice President of Member Services.
Job responsibilities would include:
- Develop and implement a retail sales strategy for both the onsite gift shop and the internet-based gift shop
- Ensure products are on trend and appropriate for our demographics
- Liaise effectively with all sales support services such as research, production, creativity, and charting
- Provides presentations to Gift Shop Associates to educate and train in the sale and promotion of our products
- Works with the Marketing and Communication Team to create marketing plans and materials to be made available in the Gift Shop and Web Shop.
- Target accounts for strategic development of new business and identifies solution cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Collect, centralize, consolidate and analyze sell out and KPI data
- Ongoing management of inventory, ensuring appropriate levels of inventory for sales and promotions. Conduct bi-annual inventory.
- Oversight of the Gift Shop Website
- Ability to establish and implement an annual plan for seasonal sale campaigns. Timely ordering of specialty themed items to assure successful campaigns are launched. Assure all items are available on both the onsite and online stores.
- Provides assisted sales support to stores at peak sales dates and times, which may include weekends and some evenings
Our ideal candidate will preferably have either a Bachelor’s Degree in business or an Associate’s Degree, including 5+ years of sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding quota. Applicants with a working knowledge of CRM systems, Internet sales, Finance Systems such as Clover, WooCommerce, Square, PayPal will be given preference. This is a full-time, on-site, salaried position with excellent benefits. The salary offering for this position is $65,000 to $70,000.
Our mission at CAMM is to help continue the work of St. Vincent De Paul by supporting the ministry of the priests and brothers who follow in his footsteps. For over 100 years, CAMM has been dedicated to spreading devotion to Mary Immaculate and her Miraculous Medal, helping the formation and education of seminarians, providing care to the aged and infirm Vincentian Priests and Brothers of the Eastern Province, and supporting programs that provide assistance to the poor. We are located in the East Germantown section of Philadelphia.
