JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a Director of Revenue Partnerships who will be responsible for the sourcing, development, negotiation and execution of strategic partnerships that increase our customers' satisfaction and provide ancillary revenue. Responsible for management of partnerships across the United States which generate over $15 million in revenue annually. Works closely with cross-functional teams, including transactions, property management, risk management, revenue and legal.WHO YOU ARE:

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Program Management
- Responsible for defining, planning and executing our overall revenue partnerships strategy.
- Analyze portfolio and entire ancillary income streams
to identify areas to increase profitability, enhance resident experience and decrease operational expenses. - Identify opportunities and manage national rollouts
of new revenue partnership opportunities. - Advise and coach property managers
, regional managers, and vice presidents alike in market trends, and areas of opportunity - Negotiate, execute and of all affiliated service contracts
and vendor partnerships - Manage existing programs
, including Telecom Revenue Share, Renter's Insurance, and Laundry Rooms.
Leadership
- Develops an effective integral team
that deploys and manages revenue generating partnerships. - Hires, supervises, trains, coaches, and evaluates staff.
- Prepares and conducts performance reviews
and recommends salary increases.
REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience analyzing and negotiating partnerships.
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing highly motivated corporate analysts in assessing and making recommendations on strategic partnerships preferred.
- Must be able to interpret partnership contracts to identify and assess potential risks in these contracts.
- Must be a creative problem solver, and have a passion for analyzing corporate partnerships, understanding our customers' needs, and communicating data-driven recommendations.
- Must have an ability to effectively and objectively communicate and work with internal and external customers, as well as strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- This role requires comfort with autonomous multi-tasking in a fast paced environment with changing deadlines.
