Hours: Friday thru Sunday OR Saturday thru Monday *After-hours includes Monday thru Friday 5:00 PM thru 7:00 AM, Saturday 7:00 AM thru 7:00 AM, and

Sunday 7:00 AM thru 7:00 AM

Role Description: After-hours Dispatchers serve as a point of contact for all client requests after normal business hours which includes, but is not limited to, coordinating emergency requests, providing updates on work tickets, sourcing and communicating with outside contractors, and maintaining constant and effective communication with internal employees.

Role Objectives:

- Primary point of contact for all after-hour concerns and needs

- Coordinate after-hours emergencies and communicate completion details and timelines

- Knowledgeable about client policies and statement of work

Daily/Weekly Responsibilities:

- Manages and oversees after-hours operations with clients

- Ensure client portals are up to date with progress reports and timelines

- Deescalate client concerns and effectively communicate resolutions to address the concerns

- Generate proposals for client approval based on client and internal company guidelines

- Dispatch field technicians or external contractors to work order requests

- Partner with outside contractors/resources dependent on required scope of work and capacity

- Stays aware of best practices and recommends process developments for the client and internally

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in Account Management, Dispatching or similar

- Relevant technical background

- Proficient with MS Office and other software

- Adhere to company and client processes/procedures

- Proven ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail

- Proficient in geography and Google maps applications

- Ability to prioritize, adapt and manage time productively

Sunday 7:00 AM thru 7:00 AM
