RATP Dev USA is seeking a full time, reliable service Dispatcher to join our team. The Service Dispatcher is responsible for the communicating effectively between customers and service driver to schedule work orders in a timely manner.
Requirements of the Dispatcher
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition
- Valid Driver's License.
- Pass the pre-employment drug test and physical exam if required for the specific position.
Responsibilities of the Dispatcher
- Coordinate the provision of service and furnish customers and Lextran personnel, directly or through other personnel, with an accurate estimated time of trip arrival based on current operating conditions.
- Provide productive routes, meeting or exceeding baseline productivity, with no performance violations.
- Dispatcher documentation shall be maintained regarding operational decisions such as: attempts to contact customers prior to no-shows, passenger incidents, reasons for shutting down routes or adding revenue hours to routes, and other data needed to improve service as requested by Lextran.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.98 per hour
