Job Description:
Energetic, results-focused traffic coordinator for busy dispatch office.
Experience in compiling data to maximize resources.
Organize and conduct activities to assure safe, cost-effective, on-time deliveries.
Extensive interaction with drivers.
High customer contact via email and websites.
Flexible scheduling necessary to cover 24/7 operation.
Requirements:
2 + year computerized dispatch/logistics experience.
Self-motivated individual with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure.
Strong computer skills including data entry.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Geographic knowledge of multi-state Midwest region.
Steel industry experience desired.
Flexible hours, including weekends.
PAY DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
