Roto-Rooter Plumbers in Fort Myers, FL is looking for a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher.
Ideal candidate will have a dynamic phone presence and solid customer service skills. You must be a self-starter who is organized and thorough with attention to detail and follow-up. A high school diploma is required.
Essential functions of the position include:
- Field incoming calls and obtain customer information to provide the best service
- Dispatch service technicians to job sites
- Handle customer concerns with billing or service
- Follow-up with customers to ensure on time and satisfactory service
- Make collections calls for current and past due commercial account payments
